About the Role

The post holder will be an experienced Qualified in Speciality (QIS) Neonatal Nurse, who will be responsible for the day

to day running of the Neonatal Community Team (NCT); delegating to junior team NCT team members for a smooth running

service.

Responsible for promoting and implementing practice conducive to the development of high quality patient care in

neonates.

Provide support and guidance to all staff both in hospital and in the community. Supporting discharge home of patients
