Neonatal Homecare Nurse
About the Role
There is a full description of the Job Description attached to this vacancy. As part of the Neonatal Service at NUH, the
post holder will actively support families in the care of their baby (who fulfil the stated criteria in the Neonatal
Service Home Visiting Guidelines and Neonatal Home Phototherapy Guidelines) both on the neonatal units and transitional
care areas. As part of the Neonatal Service at NUH, the post holder will assure that all babies (who fulfil the stated
criteria in the Neonatal Service Home Visiting Guidelines) receive access to the home visiting programme after discharge
from the neonatal service. The post holder will participate in the discussion around discharge planning with the
