As a Band 5 Nurse or Midwife, you will: Deliver safe, evidence-based neonatal care in line with national and local
guidelines Support babies and families across a range of neonatal care settings Work collaboratively within the
multidisciplinary team Communicate effectively with parents and carers, actively involving them in care Maintain
accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement and governance Participate in education, training
