About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent member of staff to join our team as a Quality Risk and Safety Sister
/ Charge Nurse role across the neonatal service. The rolefocusses on service improvement, patient safety and quality as
well as leadership and operational responsibility for clinical care delivery.
In this role you will work across the neonatal service as part of the senior nursing team providing 7 day senior nurse
cover whilst leading, guiding and supporting the implementation of clinical standards and quality initiatives in line
with the Trust’s clinical risk management framework.
