department, under instruction from the ward manager, and ensuring that the standards and quality of care given to

Neonates together with the environment, in which the care is delivered, are maintained to a high standard. Be an

effective leader and role model to junior staff and others. Work flexibly as a member of the ward team and in support of

the ward manager to ensure standards are being maintained, evaluated and where necessary improved. To work as a team
