An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced,motivatedand innovative neonatal nurse to join our team

as a Neonatal Ward Manager.

The base site for this role is Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

Supported by the Neonatal Matron, as ward manager of our Local Neonatal Unit, you will have the opportunity to manage

and develop nursing staff and services to provide professional and managerial leadership in the delivery of high

quality, safe,cost effectivecare of babies, families and team.
