About the Role

As a 111 Clinical Advisor, youll support patients over the phone, using the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and

guide them to the right care. As their first clinical contact, youll take them to next best step, while offering

reassurance and evidence-based advice. If youre a Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with post-registration

experience, we can give you full training. Strong clinical judgement, IT confidence, and clear communication skills are

also essential
