About the Role

The Speech & Language Therapist Band 6 position involves working within the Adult team in Berkshire, focusing on assessment and treatment for adult patients, particularly those with dysphagia.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and treatment plans for patients.
• Produce detailed reports on patient needs and progress.
• Adapt therapy to meet individual patient circumstances.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Dysphagia training preferred.
