About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide a client centred Tier 3 addiction service in the community setting to adults experiencing alcohol and/or drug
dependency. The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team offering structured treatment interventions to
individuals experiencing complex alcohol and drug dependency problems in the Northern Health and Social Care Trust
