About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist in the provision of a training service in the area of restraint reduction. To be responsible for the delivery
and to assist with the development of allocated training which is required by clinical staff within the division. This
will be carried out in accordance with the requirement of awarding bodies. The post holder will be responsible for
carrying out audits in relation to clinical practice in the division, as directed by line manager. To provide support to
staff and guidance on risk assessments for patients/clients who display challenging behaviour through evidence based
