About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Spruce House, Braid Valley site Ballymena. The post holder will be a highly skilled practitioner providing expertise in
care, advice and support within Permanent Placement Team and care homes enhancing the residents experience by supporting
the care home staff with their knowledge and skills. They will support PPT to delivers a high quality service for adults
who permanently reside in Care Homes. They will respond effectively and flexibly to service users’ needs and their
carers through an integrated approach including the interface between Statutory and Support Services within identified
