About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will work as a member of the Public Health Nursing Team as a SCPHN (HV) with a focus on an Ethnic
Minority health service and communicable disease health screening programmes and immunisations for adults and children
eg BBV, Tuberculosis (TB) and BCG. To include: Provide comprehensive & holistic health assessments for asylum seekers in
initial & dispersal accommodation, home, clinic and other accommodation & community settings and work with language
barriers to ensure access to services. Work autonomously to lead and deliver pathways in response to changing population
