Night Healthcare Assistant

About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant at Dee View Court, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person centred care to

residents with complex needs. You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily routines, ensuring each resident's

care plan is followed with empathy, dignity and professionalism. You will encourage independence, promote wellbeing and

help create a calm and supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued and cared for. During your initial

period on day shift, you will complete essential training and competency assessments to ensure you are fully prepared

and confident to work independently on nights.
