supporting both our residents and our care team., As Senior Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of what we do
ensuring high standards of care, supporting your colleagues, and bringing positivity and purpose to each shift. What
You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and coordinate shifts, acting as a role model to your team and ensuring residents receive the best possible care
* Support residents with personal care needs such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility while always respecting
