Night shift Nursing Sister

About the Role

As the Nightshift Nursing Sister, you will take clinical responsibility for the home throughout the night. You will lead

and support the care team on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, personalised care at all times. Your

responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring residents' health, responding promptly to any

changes or emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also support handovers, promote dignity,

comfort, and reassurance for residents, and ensure a calm and well-managed environment throughout the night.
