Hollybank Trust is seeking compassionate Night Support Workers to join our Adult Residential Services team in Mirfield. In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities during night shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being while engaging them in meaningful activities. Full and part-time positions are available, with a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with their night-time routines.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the home.
- Check on residents per their care plans.
- Update individual care records accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is £12.91.
