Night Support Worker
About the Role
We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be
working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care
at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living in Leeds. The service provides specialist support for adults with learning
disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation. Each
accommodation offers individuals the opportunity to hold their own tenancy agreement with a Registered Housing Provider.
Individuals who are supported in this service may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready
