Night Support Worker
About the Role
We are offering flexible opportunities for experienced Support Workers to cover sleep-in night shifts at a
supported-living unit in Derby. This rewarding role involves working with young people aged 16 and over, helping them
develop essential life skills to prepare for independent living by the age of 18.
Many of the service users may have experienced trauma in their past, so we are looking for calm, patient, and empathetic
individuals who can provide consistent support and encouragement. You will follow structured care plans to assist with
daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and engaging in activities outside the home, all while fostering a
