About the Role

As a Night Support Worker, you will provide essential physical and emotional care to students aged 16–25 with High-Functioning Autism and Complex Needs. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters their confidence, life skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support young people during night routines
  • Administer prescribed emergency medication as needed
  • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Support emotional and physical wellbeing of young people
  • Encourage preparation for the day ahead
  • Maintain cleanliness and domestic organization
  • Produce clear and accurate written reports

Compensation
