About the Role
As a Night Support Worker, you will provide essential physical and emotional care to students aged 16–25 with High-Functioning Autism and Complex Needs. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters their confidence, life skills, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support young people during night routines
- Administer prescribed emergency medication as needed
- Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Support emotional and physical wellbeing of young people
- Encourage preparation for the day ahead
- Maintain cleanliness and domestic organization
- Produce clear and accurate written reports
Requirements
- No formal qualifications required, just compassion
- Dedication to helping young people achieve their potential
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Location & Schedule
