Join One YMCA as an Accommodation Night Worker and play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for young

people aged 18–30. Working throughout the night in a supported housing/hostel setting, you will ensure the safety,

security, and wellbeing of residents while offering reassurance and practical support to those facing challenges such as

homelessness, mental health issues, or difficult life transitions.

Your calm and consistent presence overnight will provide stability and reassurance, helping young people feel supported
