Night Team Leader

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will lead a team of Care Assistants during the night shift, ensuring the highest standard of care

and support is delivered to each resident. You will supervise care routines, manage medication safely, respond to

resident needs with empathy and professionalism, and ensure clear, effective communication across the team. You will

play an active role in reviewing care plans, supporting the personal and clinical needs of residents, and acting as a

point of contact for families and external professionals when needed. Your leadership will help maintain a calm,

supportive, and respectful atmosphere throughout the home.
