Non Medical Staffing Lead
About the Role
The Non-Medical Safe Staffing Lead will play a crucial role in supporting clinical divisions to maximise non-medical
staffing provision across the organisation. This involves leading and coordinating non-medical skill mix establishment
reviews, refining these processes in line with national guidance, and adopting new methodologies for determining
staffing requirements. In addition, they will generate ideas and implement work streams to increase staff roster
efficiency and improve recruitment and retention of non-medical staff. The postholder will provide senior professional
advice and guidance on all aspects of the Safe Staffing agenda to the Deputy Chief Nurse, Chief Nursing Officer and
