About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for leading the Uttlesford North Integrated team, who through partnership with

members of the Community Nursing team, will ensure high quality evidence based care to patients, their families and

carers in the Community. The post holder will also be responsible for providing leadership, line management and clinical

supervision along with the day to day management of the integrated service team as well as having a clinical oversight

of the Saffron Walden outpatient department. They will work collaboratively with the South Uttlesford Team lead,

ensuring cohesive leadership across both North & South, whilst remaining aligned to their own Primary Care Networks
