We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the above post, who has a friendly, flexible

approach to working to support a dynamic and person centred focused Community Nursing Service. The post holder will be

based in Forres Health and Care Centre but may at times integrate with other nursing teams within the locality of Moray
