About the Role
Core Functions: Provide senior clinical consultancy and leadership across all urgent care services. Lead PSIRF-aligned
governance, investigations, and learning processes to improve safety culture. Promote workforce transformation and ACP
professional development. Line manages the Practitioner workforce across Directorates. Drive service innovation and the
implementation of evidence-based models of care. Support the Directors and Associate Directors to deliver strategic
objectives. Will demonstrate the knowledge and skills of a competent consultant practitioner and will: Autonomously
manage the complete clinical care for patients, to enhance patient care and improve patient pathways in line with
