About the Role
Our Nurse Assessors play an essential role in carrying out pre-assessments with compassion and professionalism,
determining if a patient’s needs can be met in order to welcome them into our warm and friendly Nursing Home in Gosport,
helping ensure that every individual who joins us on a short term placement receives the right care in an inviting and
supportive environment.
