About the Role

The post holder will work as part of our team to provide high-quality care to the patients of our 37 practices across

our Federation. The Nurse Associate will support the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, working under the

supervision of our Lead Nurse and in accordance with NMC professional standards. Key areas of responsibility include:

Phlebotomy Wound care and dressings NHS Health Checks and other preventive health activity Chronic disease monitoring

and reviews within scope of competence Cervical cytology (smear) screening Oversight of the Federations phlebotomy

service including supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) in the delivery of phlebotomy and other
