About the Role

This is an exciting new role within the Poole Adult Community Mental Health Team who are seeking a registered Nurse

Associate to join this well established MDT and provide excellent care to residents within Poole.

The role will be part of an integrated health and social care team providing care and recovery for patients who are

experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

The role will offer interventions in a wide variety of clinical, therapeutic and social forms with the aim of promoting

health, wellbeing, self-autonomy and independence.
