About the Role
Whether you're completely new to offender healthcare or looking for your next challenge, joining Spectrum will give you
an excellent opportunity to expand your nursing skills and develop your clinical practice. As a Registered Nurse (Band
4), you'll be an integral part supporting some of our most vulnerable patients and planning care for people with complex
and challenging health needs. You'll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery - including undertaking health
assessments and performing diagnostic tests - and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service. The post
holder will have completed their Nursing Associate training and be registered with the NMC, working independently under
