Responsibilities

• Provide planned care under supervision of a registered practitioner.
• Conduct follow-up assessments in patients' homes.
• Deliver patient education during rehabilitation classes.
• Assist in assessments for home oxygen therapy.
• Train patients and families on digital monitoring.
• Maintain in-hospital databases and assist in audits.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

• Ability to work within scope of practice.
