About the Role

We are looking for Band 5 nurses to work within our district nursing teams based in Knowsley, to cover our 8am-8pm 7

days a week model, with fixed term vacancies available across the borough. The service is undergoing significant

developments as part of our plan to deliver integrated community care for patients on a neighbourhood footprint across

Knowsley.

Working to the Mersey Care values, you will have excellent empathy, communication skills and a person centred approach.

You will be keen to continue learning and develop the competencies needed to give evidence based care to your patients
