About the Role
The post holder provides specialist expertise in ADHD, ensures high-quality, evidence-based care, and acts as a resource
for multidisciplinary colleagues, service users, families, and partner agencies. Working autonomously to manage their
own workload and continue to develop and apply their knowledge and skills to a broad range of clinically and
professionally challenging and complex situations. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and both
directly provide and supervise other members of the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of expert care to patients
within the defined clinical area. The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making
