About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking Nurse Consultant Learning Disabilities to provide expert clinical
leadership and highly specialised interventions across Adult and Child community services, as well as our inpatient
unit.
Working autonomously, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care, lead specialist clinics, and undertake
advanced holistic assessments for individuals with complex LD and mental health needs. A key part of the role is to
drive the development and delivery of evidence‑based practice, ensuring the ongoing implementation of clinical pathways,
