About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated RMN or RNLD Nurse to join a leading low secure hospital in Ayr, Scotland. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders, fostering therapeutic relationships, and contributing to patient assessments and care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care to patients
- Develop therapeutic relationships for patient engagement
- Follow codes of conduct and promote ethical practice
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans
- Lead shifts and mentor junior staff as needed
Requirements
- Qualified RMN or RNLD with active NMC Pin
- Excellent team working and self-motivation skills
- Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based care
- Drive for personal learning and development
- Positive, can-do attitude

Compensation
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary ranging from £36,176 to £41,953 per annum, depending on experience.
Location & Schedule
Permanent vacancies are available for both day and night shifts in Ayr, Scotland.
