About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join a leading care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This role involves overseeing nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs and ensuring high standards of care while promoting independence and quality of life for residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to enhance resident experiences.
- Ensure adherence to care plans and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager on care home policies.
- Develop personal relationships with residents and families.
- Manage health, safety, and welfare in the home.
- Facilitate training and development for staff.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
- Experience in team management and supervision.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and quality programs.
- Ability to guide staff in line with the NMC Code.
- Passionate about delivering quality care.

Compensation
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £22.91 per hour, totaling £46,461.48 annually.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role for 39 hours a week, working days.
