Nurse Director - Planned Care
About the Role
Work closely with the Clinical Director and Deputy COO to be responsible and accountable for providing comprehensive and
robust professional leadership, guidance, advice, support and direction to the nursing and allied health professions
across their portfolio, to ensure that patients are managed and cared for efficiently and effectively. Function at a
senior level within the clinical leadership team, proactively leading and providing solutions to resolve complex
operational issues, in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards and resource constraints. Provide a
highly visible, accessible and authoritative presence to support the delivery of their portfolio and the Trusts overall
