About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Nurse the postholder will work with Care Group teams, Executive / Corporate Directors and

external partners to achieve Trust objectives and make a positive contribution to the provision of health services

across the local economy.

The Nurse Director will work with the Clinical Director and Deputy Chief Operating Officer to drive effective and

efficient delivery of operational performance of all care standards and associated regulatory requirements within their

portfolio (planned / unplanned care), ensuring sustainable delivery of high-quality patient care, safety processes,
