About the Role
As a registered nurse with post registration experience of general practice and clinical education, your main areas of
responsibility are to: Promote excellence in clinical practice within General Practice, with a primary aim to position
General Practice as an appealing environment for nurses. This includes developing innovative pathways for nurses and
Nursing Associates to enter and advance within the speciality, including Apprenticeships. Support the development and
sustainability of networks to support nurses, student nursing associates (SNA) and nursing associates to develop a
community of practice, reduce isolation and vulnerability of their roles Raise awareness and promote the role of the
