Nurse in Charge - Mohs

About the Role

Nurse in Charge for the Mohs Surgery service, coordinating daily clinical activity and patient flow. Deliver high

standards of nursing care for patients undergoing Mohs micrographic surgery. Assist in surgical procedures, including

preparation of sterile fields and instrumentation for up to 5 cases per day, surgery & reconstruction. Monitor patients

pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate

individualised care plans. Provide wound care management and post-operative advice to patients. Respond appropriately to

clinical emergencies and escalate concerns when required.
