Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard care to patients with mental illness.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
- Follow codes of conduct and promote ethical practices.
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses.
Requirements
- Qualified RMN or RNLD Nurse with active NMC Pin.
- Excellent team working and self-motivation skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred and evidence-based care.
- Drive for personal learning and development.
- Positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £36,176 - £41,953 per annum, depending on experience.
