About the Role
The Ward Manager will lead an established team in a specialist mental health hospital, focusing on high-quality nursing care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ward team effectively.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments and care planning.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Provide Senior Nurse on Call cover as needed.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC Pin.
- Experience in leading ward teams and excellent communication skills.
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care.
- Experience working with young people and in a PICU setting preferred.

Compensation
The successful Ward Manager will receive a competitive salary of £45,024 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
