About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionateNurse Manager to lead a small Learning Disability

facility in North Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Nurse Manager or a senior nurse ready to

take the next step into leadership. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience with valid NMC

registration Previous management or senior nursing experience (preferred) Strong leadership skills with a supportive and

collaborative approach A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care Whats on offer: Competitive
