About the Role

This role requires the post holder to be easily identifiable, visible and accessible to patients and visitors. Ensure

the smooth running of the on a day to day basis by appropriate deployment, delegation and supervision of all grades of

staff. They will lead the team on shift and facilitate an improvement in the quality of healthcare delivered to

patients.The post holder will have responsibility for delivering a service meeting national targets and standards,

promoting a creative and innovative approach to on-going service development. They will provide clinical leadership that
