About the Role

1. Resident Care

a. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate residents’ care plans according to their physical, emotional, and social needs.

b. Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.

c. Monitor residents’ conditions (vital signs, symptoms, mobility, nutrition, hydration, etc.) and promptly report any

changes to the GP or healthcare team.

d. Provide personal care support when necessary (e.g., hygiene, dressing, toileting) while preserving dignity and
