About the Role
Function at experienced nurse level, able to make effective decisions autonomously / independently without supervision
and in partnership with patients, families and the multi-disciplinary team Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of
termination options , legal requirements and patients comprehension of the procedures available Assist with the clinical
management of the department, maintaining high standards of nursing practice and promoting the philosophy of patient and
family centered care. Ensuring effective communication is always maintained. Act as a role model for the nursing team,
ensuring the delivery of a high standard of evidence-based care to patients and providing support for all staff Support
