About the Role

You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the field of pregnancy

management choice . You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of patients,

supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

Supporting the Department Manager and Deputy Manager in leading and supervising a safe, high standard of nursing

practice and the delivery of evidenced based patient care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

Code and the Trust’s Strategy for Nursing and Trust Policies and Procedures whilst adhering to the government guidelines
