About the Role

We are looking for a nurse practitioner to join the team at 10 Hammersmith Broadway as part of Chelsea and Westminster

NHS foundation trust. We are proud to be a modern, patient focused clinic providing excellent HIV and sexual and

reproductive healthcare in West London.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication

skills. We would expect you to have the ability to work and lead effectively amongst a multidisciplinary team across an

innovative service. You will also have strong advanced practice skills and knowledge and be committed to your on-going
