About the Role
Are you a highly motivated and skilled manager/clinician with management experience and have an interest to develop ?
We are looking for an individual to work as part of a dynamic team in delivering our NHS Continuing Healthcare Services.
The post holder will manage the core clinical team on the delivery of assessments, ensuring that they meet the key
requirements of all KPI’s, assessments are of the quality expected and support staff as required. All HR processes will
need to be managed where appropriate for staff, clinical supervision where appropriate and training needs.
The CHC Nurse Specialist will lead a team to deliver a professional and efficient service in line with the NHS
