About the Role
As Nurse Team Leader, you will deliver safe nursing care, lead a team of Support Workers, and provide clinical interventions. You'll monitor health, support personal care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high care standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective nursing care in home and community settings.
- Lead and coordinate a team of Support Workers.
- Provide clinical interventions like PEG feeding and suctioning.
- Monitor health and respond to changes promptly.
- Maintain care records and manage staff training.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in complex care or community nursing.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and empathetic approach to care.
