Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Care Homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience in an Acute setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Evidence of full immunity to required diseases
• Right to work in Northern Ireland without restriction
